As your wellness practitioner, Shaylee’s aim is to help you reconnect with your authentic self and nurture a deeper sense of inner wisdom.

Services:

Shaylee offers Ayurvedic-Informed Wellness Coaching and mental health therapy to adults of all ages navigating emotional challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, and trauma. Her approach integrates modern mind-body psychology with the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda, creating a supportive space that honors the whole person — mind, body, and spirit. Each session is tailored to the individual, blending emotional insight with practical, holistic tools to help restore balance, build resilience, and reconnect with inner clarity.

Services are offered via secure Telehealth to residents of Oregon and Washington. In addition to one-on-one coaching and therapy, Shaylee facilitates individual breathwork sessions, hosts community-based healing events, and provides clinical supervision to CSWAs in Oregon.

Education:

Shaylee completed her master’s degree at Portland State University in 2014 and became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in 2018. A dedicated yoga student since 2015, she continues to deepen her practice through mentorship and immersive study, drawing on Ayurvedic wisdom. She now integrates this holistic knowledge into her work through personalized coaching, helping others cultivate mindfulness and well-being. Her professional experience as a social worker spans a variety of settings and communities, reflecting a deep commitment to compassionate, client-centered care.

Shaylee offers personalized psychotherapy and coaching services that integrate traditional clinical approaches with holistic practices, including mindfulness, yoga philosophy, and Ayurvedic principles. She supports clients in cultivating emotional balance, self-awareness, and overall well-being through a trauma-informed and culturally responsive lens.
Meru Health Therapist (Current)
Shaylee supports individuals through a 12-week, evidence-based program grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and biofeedback. She provides personalized therapeutic guidance, helping clients build emotional resilience and achieve long-term wellness.

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Specialist
In addition to her clinical role, Shaylee served as Meru Health’s DEIB specialist for over a year. In this capacity, she collaborated with fellow clinicians by offering DEIB consultation and support, helping therapists navigate complex dynamics related to identity, culture, and inclusive care. She continues to offer support in this area as needed.

Portland State University

Shaylee facilitated social work interns’ understanding and application of social work values, ethics, and professional practice. She provided mentorship and oversight to support student learning and development in field placements.

Rogue Community College
Faculty and Counselor (5 years)
At Rogue Community College, Shaylee taught courses such as College Success, Motivational Interviewing, and Race & Ethnicity. She also provided academic and personal counseling to students, supporting their growth and well-being.

Shaylee worked as an inpatient social worker, providing psychosocial support, discharge planning, and care coordination for patients and families in a hospital setting.
